By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Information You Provide<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ministry Planner helps you privately track personal ministry activity. You may enter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Contact details for people you visit (names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, photos, notes)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Visit records and scheduled visits<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Planned and logged hours<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Personal goals and daily notes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Optional settings (annual hour goal, pioneer status, an email address used for emailing a service report)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All information is entered by you and is about your personal activity. The App does not collect information about anyone other than what you choose to enter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How Your Information Is Stored<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 All data is stored <strong>locally on your device<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 If you enable iCloud sync (on by default), your data is also stored in <strong>your personal iCloud account<\/strong> so it can sync across your own devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Data in iCloud is governed by Apple&#8217;s Privacy Policy and is private to your Apple ID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 We operate no servers. We do not access, view, store, or receive any of your data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Apple iCloud (CloudKit)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If iCloud sync is enabled, the App uses Apple&#8217;s CloudKit service to store and sync data through your iCloud account. Apple&#8217;s Privacy Policy applies to that storage: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apple.com\/legal\/privacy\/\">https:\/\/www.apple.com\/legal\/privacy\/<\/a>. You may disable iCloud sync at any time in the App&#8217;s &#8220;More \u2192 Data &amp; Storage&#8221; settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Camera and Photo Library<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The App may request access to your camera or photo library so you can set a profile photo for a call. Photos are stored only with that call in the App, and only on your device and (if enabled) your iCloud account. Photos are not transmitted to us or anyone else.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Notifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The App may schedule <strong>local notifications<\/strong> on your device to remind you of upcoming scheduled visits. These notifications are generated on-device and are not sent through any remote push service operated by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Email Reports and Backups<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may export your data as a file or send a service report via your device&#8217;s email client to an address you choose. These actions occur entirely on your device. We do not receive, store, or see any exported data or email content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Information We Do Not Collect<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 We do <strong>not<\/strong> use analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 We do <strong>not<\/strong> sell, share, or transmit your data to any third party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 The App does <strong>not<\/strong> create an account for you. There is no login.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Children&#8217;s Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your Choices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 You can edit or delete any record in the App at any time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 You can disable iCloud sync in the App settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 You can delete the App from your device, which removes all on-device data. Data in your iCloud account can be cleared via Settings \u2192 [your name] \u2192 iCloud \u2192 Manage Storage on Apple devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Changes to This Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
